Post-operative Physiotherapy

If you’re recovering from any planned or unplanned surgery, getting back to ‘normal’ can feel like a mountain to climb.

We offer in-depth physiotherapy assessments and targeted ongoing treatments, for a range of orthopaedic and post-operative needs, to maximise your recovery at this crucial time.

Elderly Rehabilitation

Specific physiotherapy aimed towards those who may be finding it harder to keep moving, are recovering from illness or injury, or are having falls at home.

We can offer a broad assessment of the many factors which could be contributing to this, from muscle weakness and balance problems, to lifestyle factors and home environment, and ongoing treatments to address them.

Did you know: NHS England recommends adults aged 65+ complete strength & balance exercises at least twice per week. Unsure where to start? Give us a call!
